Comic relief

My friend sent me a link to this movie the other day, it sort of reminds me of a Mike Judge production but also has a strange cinematic quality. Anyhow, watching people hurt themselves and each other shouldn't be funny but sometimes its okay.

Comic process

I've been getting more and more interested in the world of comics lately and wanted to know more about the coloring process. I've used art markers to lay down flat tones and for shading but knew most professionals had a better process. I found this link very helpfull in describing that process.

Oh the corporate life

Someone from my work sent me this link today, this is very timely as we're headed into personal reviews and jockeying for promotions and raises. It gave me a sad little chuckle.
